I knew that when my forex convention was announced in Toronto that I was going to have to go and book my hotel stay as soon as I could. There were going to be a lot of people in the world coming into this city for the convention as there are more and more people that are coming into the forex community that there were going to be more people than last year. I looked at limo services in toronto to see if I could get a car for the entire time that I was in the city and they told me that this would be worth it. There are a lot of people that said that having a car to take me from place to place was going to be worth is as the convention was spread over the entire city. There was not enough room at any one place to get all of us in for the seminars.
I thought that this was really impressive as they had a lot of nice conference spaces in Toronto that were quite large and for the fact that they were not able to book us all in one place, it really boggled my mind as I was used to going to one hotel for a week and spending a lot of time down in the convention floor, while going to different seminars here and there. My secretary told me that he could not find a room for me at the actual convention center with the rest of the attendees but that I could get a suite at a discounted rate. I told him that since this was all tax deductible that he should book it and I would write it off later as a business related expense with my annual taxes.
